Femke has been passionately engaged in healthy food for years. In order to live as healthy as possible and to be able to perform optimally in long distance triathlon, she studied orthomolecular nutrition coach and hormone trainer.

Both athletes and non-athletes can come to her for advice and workshops on healthy food, personal training and the rebalancing of the hormones.
The emphasis is on natural and plant-based foods, without sugar, dairy and gluten, but with fully-fledged and genuine products. '
